摘 要:以Co2(CO)8为催化剂、离子液体[Bmim]PF6为溶剂,研究3-羟基丙酸甲酯(3-HPM)加氢制1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PDO)的反应,考察了催化剂用量、溶剂、促进剂及氢气压力、反应温度、反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在n[Co2(CO)8]/n(3-HPM)=0.05,咪唑为促进剂,反应温度140℃,氢气压力10.5 MPa,反应时间10 h的较佳反应条件下,3-HPM的转化率达94.2%,1,3-PDO的选择性达72.6%。并根据实验结果,提出了可能的催化反应机理。Using Co2(CO)8 as catalyst and [Bmim]PF6 as solvent,the synthesis of 1,3-propanediol(1,3-PDO) by hydrogenation of methyl 3-hydroxypropionate(3-HPM) was studied.The effect of dosage of catalyst,solvent,promoter,hydrogen pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:n[Co2(CO)8]/n(3-HPM)=0.05,imidazole as promoter,reaction temperature 140 ℃,hydrogen pressure 10.5 MPa for 10 h.Under these conditions,the conversion of 3-HPM reached 94.2% and the selectivity of 1,3-PDO reached 72.6%.A possible reaction mechanism had also been proposed.
