梳棉机后固定盖板前加装棉网清洁器的风量研究

摘　　要：在梳棉机后罩板处同时加装固定盖板和棉网清洁器对改善生条及成纱质量是有利的,而且棉网清洁器加装在后固定盖板前的综合效果最好,文章通过试验探讨了此时的风量问题,试验结果表明,本次试验条件下,风量为180 m3/h时使用效果最佳。It is advantageous for the quality of the carded sliver and formed yam quality by both fixing back stationary flat and webcleaner in back cover of carding machine,and it achieves a best effect if the webcleaner is fixed in the front of the back stationary flat.In the paper is discussed the air flow under this condition with an experimental result indicating that when the air flow is 180m^3/h,it reaches the best performance.
