摘　　要：在分析滇西北纵向岭谷区怒江州农业土地资源特征、利用现状的基础上,揭示农业土地利用存在的主要症结及其产生的原因。并从技术上可能、经济上可行、社会可接受以及促进农业可持续发展的角度,提出选择适宜的土地利用方式,调整和优化农业土地资源配置,构建与生态环境相协同的土地利用结构和农业产业结构,发展生态经济,加快生态保育和受损农业生态系统的修复或重建,实现怒江州农业土地资源可持续利用的对策和建议。Based on the analysis to characteristics and use status of agricultural land resources of Nujiang autonomous prefecture which located at longitudinal rang-gorge region （LRGR） in Northwest of Yunnan province, to reveal the main contradiction and its causes of agricultural land use. Furthermore, some countermeasures and suggestions are provided, from the perspective of technology and economic feasibility, social acceptability, and promoting agricultural sustainable development, by way of selecting appropriate patterns of land use, adjusting and optimizing of agricultural land resources, rebuilding the land use structure and agricultural industry structure in coordination with regional environment basis, developing ecological economy, promoting ecological conservation, restoration or reconstruction of the damaged agricultural ecosystems.
