摘　　要：结合某台PY160型平地机在实际作业过程中遇到的主要机械故障,分别对发动机、变矩器、离合器、铲刀回转机构等部件的常见故障进行了具体的分析,并给出了对应的解决方法,指出及时排除故障对于有效延长平地机的使用寿命有重要意义。In combination with common failures happen to a PY160 type grader during its working process, the analysis of failures occurring on motor, torque converter, clutch, reverse mechanism and so on, is carried out, and relevant solutions are given. It is also pointed out that in time troubleshooting is helpful to extend the service life of grader.
