摘　　要：本文回顾了国际小型金融机构创新发展的经验,从农村金融制度、农村金融市场、融资渠道、金融产品与服务等方面分析和总结我国农村小型金融机构创新发展的不足,提出促进农村小型金融机构创新和可持续发展的路径和对策。This paper reviews the experience of innovative development of international financial institutions.From the perspective of rural financial system,rural financial market,financing channels,and financial products and services,we analyze the shortages of innovation and development of Chinese rural micro-finance institutions,and then promote the measures and path of sustainable development and innovation of the small rural financial institutions.
