摘　　要：目的：探讨宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器（IUD）的效果和安全性。方法：对2006年1月～2010年7月用宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器23例进行回顾性分析，其中全部存在IUD嵌顿，植入部位为子宫中下段，同时采用超声监测。结果：23例IUD嵌顿者用宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳均顺利取出。结论：宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器的方法简单、快捷、安全、有效，值得推广。Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of removal IUD by giga - nun clipper under hysteroscope. Methods： 23 eases who have been removed IUD by giganun clipper under hysteroseope from January 2006 to July 2010 were analyzed retrospectively, IUD incarceration existed in all the cases, the implant position was middle and distal uterus, ultrasonic monitoring was adopted. Results： The incarcerated IUD of 23 cases was removed by giga - nun clipper successfully under hysteroscope. Conclusion ： The method of removing IUD by giganun clipper under hysteroseope is simple, rapid, safe and effective, which is worth popularizing.
