摘 要:介绍了一种用于13.56 MHz射频标签的新颖稳压电路结构。采用双路负反馈的方式,分别控制电荷泵两端的电压,可使输出电压稳定在2.8 V;防过压击穿保护电路可使传输管承受高达13 V的感应电压而不被击穿;自动节能电路可防止输出电容上的有限电荷倒流入天线。系统仿真采用华虹NEC的EF130工艺。仿真结果表明:当输入天线电压处于3~7 V之间时,输出电压在2.813~2.826 V之间,完全满足13.56 MHz射频标签中数字模块和EEPROM的电压要求。A novel voltage regulator was designed for 13.56 MHz passive RFID tags by using 0.13 μm analog CMOS technology.The output voltage of the circuit could be stabilized at 2.8 V by using double-end negative feedback circuit to control voltages at both ends of the charge pump separately.The over-voltage protection circuit could prevent bypass NMOS transistors from breakdown by induced voltage up to 13 V,and the self energy-saving circuit could keep limited electric charges from flowing backwards to the antenna.The circuit was simulated based on Huahong-NEC's EF130 process.Simulation results showed that the proposed regulator could operate in a wide range of input voltages from 3 V to 7 V,and output voltages between 2.813 V and 2.826 V,which meet the voltage requirement for baseband and EEPROM in 13.56 MHz RFID tag.
