摘　　要：利用Java开发语言,Myeclipse开发工具和SVG图形格式设计一套SCADA监控画面绘制平台。在CIM模型的基础上,将SVG描述的电力图元和数据模型建立关联。同时采用模库同步思想,达到了图库属性同步配置的效果,完成了监控画面图模库的一体化,根据实时信息,对配置好的图形进行拓扑动态着色,解决监控系统数据配置困难的问题,提高人机交互能力。In this paper,the graphic-model-database platform is developed by adoptin Java as the developing language,Myeclipse as the developing tool and SVG as the graphics format.Based on the CIM model,the platform establishes the correlative relationship of the power graphic primitives described by SVG and the data model.At the same time,the platform uses the ideology of CIM data model and model-database to realize the simultaneous configuration of the graphic primitives and database.According to real-time information,which topologically analyzes configured graphics,solves the issue of data configuration for the monitoring system and improves the ability of human-computer interaction.
