摘 要:对不同时期采集的银杏叶水溶性多糖进行了初步纯化与鉴定.采用了传统的水煮醇沉方法提取多糖,对提取时间,提取温度等实验条件进行了研究.当提取温度为80℃、时间为6 h时,7月份采集的银杏叶得到粗多糖质量为25.64 mg/g的棕褐色固体粉末,纯度为20.20%;9月粗多糖质量为31.60 mg/g的淡黄色固体粉末,纯度8.68%;霜降以后粗多糖质量为83.57 mg/g的乳白色固体粉末,纯度为17.60%.三个时期固体粉末脱蛋白后的溶液在260,280 nm处均无吸收峰,红外光谱进一步证明固体粉末为银杏叶多糖.Purity and content of different time gathering gingko leaf water-soluble polysaccharide has been researched.The polysaccharide of extracted by water and sank enthanol methode from different time ginkgo leaf.The extract on time and temperature was studied.Experimental conditions at 80 ℃ and 6 h.In the July thick polysaccharide is the sepia,the content is 25.64 mg/g,the purity is 20.20%.In September the gingko leaf thick polysaccharide is faint yellow,the content is 31.60 mg/g,the purity 8.68%,the hoar frost descending later thick polysaccharide is milky white,the content is 83.57 mg/g,the purity is 17.60%.The obtained polysaccharide solid powder's solution at 260 and 280 nm not ultraviolet absorption peak,and qualitative analysis with the infrared spectrum,the proof solid powder is the polysaccharide.
