摘　　要：加强少数民族大学生党的组织发展工作,是高校党组织的重要使命,但在少数民族大学生党员发展的过程中存在一系列的偏差和问题。深入分析了这些偏差,并提出了相应的纠正对策,以使这项工作得到充分的重视和扎实有效地开展。Strengthening the work of organizing and cultivating minority college students to be recruited as party members is an important task for the party organizations in colleges and universities.However,some problems exist in the process of cultivating minority college students for party members.This paper analyzes the problems and presents some countermeasures,which aims to enable the party organizations to attach great importance to the work and carry it out efficiently.
