摘　　要：中国社会的整体转型,新闻业的变革,以及"后新闻业时代"的开启,是新闻从业者角色冲突与紧张的社会环境因素。运用社会学的"地位"和"角色"及相关理论分析其角色认知变迁、过多角色期待带来的角色混乱、角色追求的分化、角色认同的缺失等,由此可探讨出其角色冲突与紧张的主要缘由。Social environmental factors bring about professional journalist＇ role conflict and role strain.The article explores the classification,phenomenon and reasons of professional journalists＇ role conflict and role strain by applying concepts of sociology and relevant theories to analyze the transformation of their role cognition,role confusion due to too many role expectations,division of role targets and absence of role identity.
