新鲜鹿粪便中捕食线虫真菌的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：从100份新鲜鹿粪样中分离到4种捕食线虫真菌,通过对其孢子着生方式、孢子形状、捕食器官等形态学观察,鉴定为节丛孢属(Arthrobotrys)的少孢节丛孢(A.oligospora)和弯孢节丛孢(A.musiformis),单顶孢属(Monacrosporium)的椭圆单顶孢(M.el-lipososporum)和白色单顶孢(M.candidum)。Four strains of nematophagous fungi belonging to Arthrobotrys and Monacrosporium were isolated from fresh faeces of deer in the present study.The fungi were,respectively,identified as A.oligospora.A.musiformis,M.ellipososporum and M.candidum..The morphological features of the isolated fungi were described in detail.
