摘　　要：采用"访谈法"、"问卷调查法"和"分析归纳法"在对云南省12所高校学生体育社团现状调查基础上,探讨社团管理、创建、学生干部的选拔培养、指导教师的指导模式、经费筹集及社团活动组织方式的发展模式。Based on the research of the status quo of students sports organizations of 12 colleges in Yunnan Province,this paper brings forward the development mode of students sports organization,including the creation and management of a sports organization,systems of selecting and training of students leaders,the mode of instructor＇s guidance,ways of raising funds and its management and so on.
