云南中药产业对东盟贸易的专利战略初探

摘　　要：近年来,云南省中药产业专利申请量持续增加,产业创新能力有所提高;部分重点发展的药用植物医药专利申请优势明显,但还存在着专利申请总量少、新药研发少、技术转化能力不强等问题。目前东盟五国中药领域专利申请数量很少,技术竞争不激烈,中药市场商机无限。应对中国—东盟自由贸易区正式启动的机遇和挑战,云南省中药产业应当加强自主创新,实施专利战略,站稳国内市场,打开东盟市场,使企业在国际竞争中取得主动地位。In recent years, the number of patent application of Yunnan＇s Chinese traditional medicine industry keeps increasing and the innovation competence of the industry has been improved; some pharmaceutical patents application for key development have distinctive advantages, but problems such as the lack of total patent application number, the lack of new medicine research and development, and weak technological transfer ability. At present, because the total patent application number of the industry in five ASEAN countries is very limited, and the technological competition is weak, Chinese traditional medicine market has great business opportunities. To deal with the opportunities and the challenges in Sino -ASEAN free trade area, the Chinese traditional medicine industry of Yunnan province should strengthen its own innovation ability, implement patent strategies, firmly grab the domestic market, and open ASEAN market to get an active role for enterprises to compete globally.
