摘　　要：在蒙特卡罗模拟法的基础上,提出了1种考虑线路传输容量和电压约束的配电网可靠性评估方法。如果网络约束不满足时,则以停电损失费用、网损费用、开关的操作费用之和最小的原则来确定被切除的负荷,计算结果更加符合实际;另外针对常规抽样法中收敛速度慢的特点提出的改进抽样法加快了收敛速度,节省了计算时间。On the basis of Monte Carlo,a distribution system reliability evaluation method considering the restriction of load transfer is proposed.If the network doesn＇ t meet the constraints,the load is removed based on the minimum cost of interruption,loss and switch operating.The result is more practical.In the light of the conventional sampling method with slow convergence rate,a improved sampling method is proposed,which speeds up the convergence rate and saves the calculation time.
