摘 要:当局部电网结构及运行方式无法满足电力系统安全稳定运行的要求时,利用区域电网安全稳定控制系统,可以迅速恢复重要用户的供电,把事故的影响降到最低。针对安康西南部电网安全运行存在的问题,提出建设1个主站和3个子站构成的区域电网安全稳定控制系统的技术方案。该系统能够实时检测控制断面的电网数据,根据运行方式和电网负荷的动态变化,实施不同的稳定控制策略,通过采取解列小电源、联切负荷、备用电源自动投入等一系列措施,解决了安康西南部电网主供电源故障时可能导致大面积停电事故的安全隐患。该方案的研究与实施极大地提高了安康西南部电网安全运行的可靠性,具有一定的推广价值。When regional grid structure or operation mode can not meet power system' s requirement to maintain secure and stable operation,the regional grid secure and stable control system can function to restore power supply to important consumers.In this way, accidents rate are minimized.In the light of the potential risks in southwestern Ankang grid,the paper suggests a technical strategy including one master station and three substations to ensure secure and stable system control.The system can measure the crosssectional operation parameters in real time and implement appropriate stability control strategy according to operation mode and the dynamic system load.By a series of measures like small sources islanding,load-shedding,backup power switchover,the hidden large-scale power failure caused by main source faults of the southwestern Ankang grid is eliminated.The implementation of the strategy significantly improved the reliability of secure operation of the southwestern Ankang grid.
