摘　　要：以对2009年4省8县田野调查中土地承包经营权转让运行现状的描述为前提,以土地承包经营权转让现状的现实成因分析为基础,提出土地承包经营权转让的本体制度及配套制度的完善建议,寻求其实践困境的破解之道。Based on the field investigation in 8 counties of 4 provinces about the provailing operation of the land contracts and management rights transfer in China,this paper has analyzed the real causes of practical difficulties of the contracted land transfer,and given some modification propositions about its legal and other supporting institutions for a breakthrough.
