中西医结合治疗急性弥漫性腹膜炎合并中毒性肠麻痹30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗急性弥漫性腹膜炎合并中毒性肠麻痹临床疗效。方法 将60例急性弥漫性腹膜炎合并中毒性肠麻痹随机分为2组,对照组30例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组西药治疗基础上加用中药护肠汤胃管注入进行治疗,记录2组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间及体温下降到正常时间。结果治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间及体温下降到正常时间均明显缩短,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性弥漫性腹膜炎合并中毒性肠麻痹疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on acute diffuse peritonitis with toxic enteroparalysis.Methods 60 cases of acute diffuse peritonitis combined toxic intestinal paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group（n=30） were treated by conventional western medicine,while 30 cases in treatment group were treated by integrated traditional Chinese medicine（intragastric administration of Huchang decoction） and western medicine therapy.The initial peristalsis sound time,the flatus passage time,the first bowel movement and the temperature dropped to normal time were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,The initial peristalsis sound time,the flatus passage time,the first bowel movement and the temperature dropped to normal time of treatment group were significantly shorter（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrated treatment of TCM and WM has definite effect on acute diffuse peritonitis combined toxic intestinal paralysis.
