铒激光治疗瘢痕65例临床体会

摘　　要：目的评价铒激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕的疗效。方法使用波长2940nm Er:YAG铒激光治疗仪,采用"微剥脱模式"及"微孔剥脱点阵模式"治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕。结果治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕65例,其中痊愈30例;显效19例;有效13例;无效3例。凹陷性瘢痕有效率97.44%;浅表性瘢痕有效率92.31%。结论铒激光是目前治疗凹陷性瘢痕及浅表性瘢痕疗效确切的方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of Erbium laser for the treatment depressed scar and superficial scar. Methods To treat depressed scars and superficial scars by using ＂micro-stripping mode＂ and ＂micro exfoliation lattice mode＂ of Er： YAG Erbium laser treatment device with a wavelength of 2 940 nm. Results 65 patients of depressed scars and superficial scars were treated in our research： cured in 30 cases;markedly effective in 19 cases;effective in 13 cases;ineffective in 3 cases. The effective rate of depression scar and superficial scar was 97.44% and 92.31% respectively. Conclusion Erbium laser is an efficient method for the treatment of depressed scars and superficial scars.
