双柏散治疗PICC致机械性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨双柏散外涂治疗PICC致机械性静脉炎的疗效。方法将63例PICC置管后出现机械性静脉炎的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组33例,除按常规方法进行导管护理外,治疗组以双柏散外涂患处,对照组以50%硫酸镁用纱块湿敷患处。结果双柏散治疗PICC所致的机械性静脉炎的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实验结果表明双柏散外涂治疗静脉炎效果明显优于50%硫酸镁,双柏散不仅能保护受损的静脉,而且能促进PICC所致的机械性静脉炎的修复。Objective To discuss the effect of Shuangbosan for the treatment of mechanical phlebitis induced by PICC. Methods 63 patients with mechanical phlebitis after PICC catheter were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases） and the control group（33 cases） ,besides the conventional methods of catheter care,the treatment group was given Shuangbosan to smear in the affected area,the control group was applied with 50% MgSO4. Results The effect of Shuangbosan for the treatment of mechanical phlebitis induced by PICC was better than that in control group（P 0.01） . Conclusions The effect of Shuangbosan for the treatment of mechanical phlebitis is distinctly better than the application of 50% MgSO4. The experiment results indicate that Shuangbosan can not only protect the damaged vein,but also advance the renovation of machanism phletitis induced by PICC.
