摘　　要：目的探讨对甲型H1N1流感医学观察者的有效护理对策。方法分析我院70例甲型H1N1流感医学观察者的护理过程。结果正确的护理分诊,严格的消毒隔离,做好对症护理,人性化护理,重视患者及家属的心理护理是护理的重点。结论全面及精心的护理能控制院内感染,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effective nursing strategy of influenza A H1N1 flu medicine observers. Methods To analyze the nursing cares of 70 cases of influenza A（H1N1） flu medicine observers in our hospital. Results Right nursing triage,restrict disinfection and isolation,corresponding symptomatic treatment,humanized nursing care,and psychological nursing to patients and the family were the key points. Conclusion General and intensive nursing care can control the hospital infection and improve the nursing quality.
