摘　　要：目的探讨中心静脉导管胸腔内引流治疗恶性胸腔积液的护理体会。方法对32例中心静脉导管胸腔内引流治疗恶性胸腔积液的护理过程进行总结。结果 32例恶性胸腔积液患者均一次置管成功,不良反应轻微,病情好转快,并发症发生率低,疗效较好。结论细心的护理是中心静脉导管引流成功并取得较好治疗效果的重要保证。Objective To investigate the nursing experiences of the central venous catheter drainage for malignant pleural effusion. Methods To summarize the nursing experiences of 32 patients with central venous catheter drainage for malignant pleural effusion. Results 32 cases of malignant pleural effusion were successfully with an indwelling catheter,the therapies were effective with mild side effects,rapid improvement and lower incidence of complications. Conclusion Carefully and effective care is important guarantees for the successful of central venous catheter drainage and getting better therapeutic effect.
