摘  要:汽轮机采用可调汽封可以避免汽封与转子的碰擦,减少漏汽损失,提高热效率并保证汽轮机安全运行。通过可调汽封的试验。验证对Brandon可调式汽封动作机理的分析.研究可调汽封的设计和计算方法。试验表明,设计的可调汽封试验件能够完全闭合,闭合压差的计算值比较接近试验的实测值。The use of retractable packing rings in steam turbines makes it possible for the steam turbines to avoid rubbing of packing rings with their rotors, reduce leakage losses, attain a high thermal efficiency and secure a safe operation. Through a test of Brandon retractable type packing rings, a method for analyzing their working principle was verified and their design and calculation methods were studied. The test results show that the test pieces of the packing rings being designed can be fully closed and the pressure differences calculated during the test when the packing rings are in a closed position comparatively approximate to the actually measured ones.
