摘　　要：以监测实例论述了营业性娱乐场所环境噪声排放纠纷案仲裁监测中的监测位置、监测条件、适用标准等相关问题,并由监测结果作出乙方溜冰场噪场对周围环境有影响的仲裁意见,盐城市环保局据此作出了相应的处理意见。The relating problems such as monitoring sites, monitoring conditions and suitable standards in abitration monitoring of environmental noise emission dispute from public places for entertainment business were discussed by a true case. Yancheng environmental protection bureau put forward treatment decides to the second party skating rink which noise effected its surroundings based on abitration monitoring suggestions.
