摘　　要：上海世博会重要配套工程500千伏地下变电站为全地下(4层)工程,采用逆作法施工。在施工中采用新工艺、新技术、逆作法施工作业环境安全控制等措施,使工程在节约资源、减小对周边环境影响等方面取得了良好的社会和经济效果。The entire underground （4 tiers） structure of 500kV Transformer substation is an important auxiliary projects of Shanghai Expo,and the topdowm construction method is adopted. In the construction, new process, new technique and safety controls of the operating environment were adopted. The projects have got fine social and eeonomie effects in the field of saving resource, diminishing disturbance to periphery environmental and so on.
