从统计学的角度看国家科技奖励成果的几个特点

摘　　要：对2001—2008年国家科技奖励获奖成果进行统计分析,发现国家科技奖励的获奖项目呈现70%以上受国家任务计划支持、第一完成单位多元化、主要完成人的文化程度大幅提升、主要完成人以中青年科研人员为主、女性获奖人员数量及比重逐渐增加等特点。国家科技奖励在激发科研人员自主创新热情方面发挥了极大的作用。This paper analyzes National Science and Technology Award during 2001--2008 from statistics and finds that national science and technology award winning projects have the following characteristics：70% plan supported by the state,diversity of the first completed units, improvement of the cultural level of major participants,young researchers accounting for a larger part of the participants,the increasing proportion of women winners, and so on. National Science and Technology Awards play a great role in stimulating enthusiasm for innovation researchers.
