中药对抗模拟失重引起的“脾气虚”的效应

摘　　要：目的观察中药对抗模拟失重引起的“脾气虚”的效应。方法分别进行了用中药复方（党参、白术、茯苓等）的动物及人体实验。结果大鼠连续１５ｄ悬吊后出现了体重增长缓慢、脾脏和胸腺萎缩、小腿比目鱼肌和腓肠肌萎缩等不良反应，复方能有效地纠正这些反应；人头低位卧床７ｄ出现的体重减轻及各种主观不适，服用该复方后亦有明显改善。结论应用中药复方能减轻模拟失重条件下引起的动物及人体“脾气虚”Objective To observe the counteracting effect of a Chinese herbcompound on insufficiency of spleen qi induced by simulated weightlessness. Methods Animal and human experiment were carried out to the Chinese herbcompound(Dangshen,Baizhu,Fuling etc). Result This compound protected the tail suspended rats from atrophy of spleen, thymus, soleus and gastrocnemius muscles, prevented excessive decrease of body weight effectively; at the same time it relieved the symptoms of the subjects greatly. Conclusion It demonstrated that the compound decreased the insufficiency of spleen qiof both animals and human subjects.
