轮叶党参根的扑草净残留量分析

摘　　要：应用GCMS法测定了轮叶党参根中的扑草净残留量。检测结果表明，扑草净添加回收率为80．5％～88．7％，相对标准差0．46％～2．68％。残留测定结果表明，春季一年生轮叶党参移栽地分别以40％扑草净粉剂2kg／hm^2和4kg／hm2^处理，秋季收获（施药后152d）时，其标准烘干的根中扑苹净残留量分别为0．0235mg／kg和0．0343mg／kg，低于多数国家现行的扑草净在农产品的最大残留量允许范围（MRLs）标准。The prometryn residues in dried roots of Codonopsis lanceolata Bentn. et Hook. were determined with GC-MS method. The results showed that the fortified recoveries of prometryn were 80.5%-88.7% in the sample of control and relative standard derivations were 0. 46%-2. 68%. When prometryn （40%） was applied at the dosage levels of 2 kg/hm2 and 4 kg/hm2, the residues detected were 0. 023 5 mg/kg and 0. 034 3 mg/kg in dried roots of C. lanceolata after treated for 152 days, respectively, which were lower than the standard maximum residue limits level （MRLs） of prometryn in farm products in most countries.
