摘 要:在不同温度和pH值条件下,研究异双活性基染料对蚕丝和羊毛织物的染色差异。通过上染率、固着率和总固着效率对比分析,优化其染色工艺。研究结果表明,异双活性基染料与蚕丝织物的最佳染色条件为pH值8-9,温度60-70℃;与羊毛织物的最佳染色条件为pH值4-5,温度80-90℃。蚕丝织物与异双活性基染料在较宽的pH值范围内可以反应,其弱碱性条件的总固着效率要略高于酸性条件;羊毛织物与异双活性基染料在酸性条件下总固着效率远高于弱碱性条件。Different dyeing behaviors of silk and wool with hetero bifunctional reactive dyes at different temperatures and pH values were studied.The process conditions were optimized by comparative experiments of dye up-take,fixation and total fixation efficiency.The results showed that the best dyeing conditions of silk fabric were pH value 8-9,temperature 60-70 ℃;the best dyeing conditions of wool fabric were pH value 4-5,temperature 80-90 ℃.Silk fabric could be dyed with hetero bifunctional reactive dyes at a broad range of pH value.The total fixation efficiency of silk fabric under alkaline conditions was slightly higher than that of acidic conditions,while the total fixation efficiency of the wool dyeings in acidic conditions was much higher than that of alkaline condition.
