毛丝交织物Lanaset染料的一浴法染色

摘　　要：采用Cibacron Lanaset染料对毛丝交织物进行一浴法染色,分析了染色工艺中各因素对毛丝交织物得色量及色差的影响,确定了毛丝交织物的最佳染色工艺为:Lanaset染料2%(omf),元明粉15 g/L,匀染剂0.5 g/L,pH值为5.0,85℃保温染色45 min。结果表明,该染色方法可获得色光稳定、同色性好、各项色牢度高的产品,且工艺简捷,时间短,可降低生产成本。One-bath dyeing of silk-wool mixture with Lanaset dyes was carried out.Influences of dyeing conditions on color yield and color deviation of silk-wool mixture were analyzed.The dyeing process was optimized as follows： Lanaset dyes 2%（omf）,sodium sulfate 15 g/L,levelling agent 0.5 g/L,pH value 5.0,dyeing at 85 ℃ for 45 minutes.The dyeings featured stable shade,good evenness and high color fastness.In addition,production efficiency was enhanced and cost was reduced.
