摘 要:针对乐果废水COD高、污染严重、可生化性差的特点,研究了单阳膜技术氧化降解乐果废水的效果。研究结果表明,采用单阳膜技术氧化降解乐果废水,COD去除率较高。在本试验条件下,乐果模拟废水的COD去除率受电解时间、操作电压、NaCl导电介质浓度及超声辅助的影响。通过试验确定的最佳试验条件为:操作电压9 V、电解时间50 min、NaCl质量浓度5 g.L-1、超声辅助处理。采用以上条件处理乐果模拟废水,COD去除率达79.87%。反应动力学分析发现,乐果模拟废水的降解反应符合2级动力学,反应动力学方程为Ct=C0/[1×10^(-5)C0t]+1。According to the disadvantages of dimethoate wastewater such as high COD value,serious pollution and poor biodegradability,the effect of its degradation by single anode-membrane oxidation was studied.The results indicated that the COD removal efficiency was high.Under present experimental conditions,the COD removal efficiency was affected by electrolysis time,operating voltage,the concentration of conducting medium NaCl and the assistance of ultrasonic treatment.The best experimental parameters determined through this study were: operating voltage 9 V,NaCl concentration 5 g·L-1,ultrasonic treatment applied simultaneously.Under such experimental conditions the COD removal efficiency reached as high as 79.87%.With the results of kinetics study,it was found that the degradation reaction of the dimethoate wastewater accorded with secondary kinetics,and the kinetic equation was Ct=C0/[1×10^(-5)C0t]+1.
