摘 要:研究了生物质花生壳对溶液中头孢拉定的吸附特性和吸附机理,考察了不同条件对头孢拉定吸附效果的影响。结果表明,25℃、pH为5左右、吸附剂用量为1.0 g.L-1和头孢拉定初始质量浓度为60 mg.L-1的条件下,吸附平衡时间为90 min、吸附率为98.21%。在一定范围内吸附剂用量和共存离子对花生壳吸附头孢拉定影响不显著;花生壳对头孢拉定的吸附符合2级动力学模型,由粒子内扩散模型可知花生壳对头孢拉定的吸附属于单层吸附。Adsorption experiments for adsorption behaviour of cefradine on peanut hull were carried out to investigate the effect of pH,concentration of ion,amounts of adsorbent,adsorption time and concentration of peanut hull on the adsorption.Results showed that the optimal pH and equilibrium time for the adsorption were 5 and 90 min respectively,which was obtained at 25 ℃,when the mass concentration of cefradine was 60 mg·L-1 and the concentration of peanut hull was 1.0 g·L-1,and the resultant adsorption rate was 98.21%.Effects of adsorbent dose and ion concentration on adsorption of cefradine can be ignored within a certain range.The adsorption of peanut hull for cefradine fitted the pseudo-second-order model very well,and the adsorption of peanut hull for cefradine belonged to monolayer adsorption based on intraparticle diffusion model.
