摘  要:采用斜板式多相气浮-体外反洗核桃壳过滤-自动反洗砂滤-低温多效蒸发(LT-MED)组合工艺处理高盐高硬度稠油污水,优化LT-MED工艺运行参数,综合分析LT-MED工艺处理稠油污水回用于热采锅炉的技术性和经济性。试验结果表明,自动连续反洗砂滤罐出水油的质量浓度1.7 mg.L-1,SS质量浓度2.5 mg.L-1,能够满足低温多效蒸发器进水油和SS质量浓度均小于5 mg.L-1的要求;在淡水产率70%条件下,低温多效蒸发器出水总硬度0.1 mg.L-1,SS质量浓度1.1 mg.L-1,油的质量浓度0.2 mg.L-1,二氧化硅质量浓度0.2 mg.L-1,可溶性固体质量浓度20 mg.L-1,水质达到热采锅炉用水水质标准(SY0027-94);多效蒸发器淡水运行费为8.0元.t-1,因此采用以LT-MED为核心技术处理稠油污水回用于热采锅炉工艺是可行的。The high-salt and high-hardness heavy crude oil wastewater was treated by the combined processes of slant plate multiphase floatation-external backwashing walnut shell filtration-automatic backwashing sand filtration-low temperature multi-effect distillation(LT-MED).The process parameters were optimized and techno-economic viability of LT-MED for treating heavy crude oil wastewater were analyzed.In the experiment,the pilot model scale is 50 m3·d-1,and the influent total hardness,SS,Oil,SiO2 and TDS concentration are 1 198 mg·L-1,85 mg·L-1,300 mg·L-1,250 mg·L-1 and 11 317 mg·L-1,respectively.The results show that the effluent quality in automatic backing sand filter tank meets the influent requirement in LT-MED evaporator with oil and SS concentration of 1.7 mg·L-1 and 2.5 mg·L-1 are both less than 5 mg·L-1.After the LT-MED treatment,the effluent can meet the steam boiler feed water standard(SY0027-94),with hardness,SS,Oil,SiO2 and TDS concentration of 0.1 mg·L-1,1.1 mg·L-1,0.2 mg·L-1,0.2 mg·L-1 and 20 mg·L-1,respectively,produced rate of fresh water from LT-MED evaporator is 70%.The operation cost is 8.0 RMB·m-3.Therefore,it is practicable to treat heavy crude oil wastewater for steam boilers by the key technology of LT-MED.
