摘 要:采用室内土壤柱试验装置,研究了以可塑淀粉生物降解材料的废弃物为反硝化碳源去除水中的硝酸盐。结果表明,以PSM为反硝化碳源,能有效去除水中的硝酸盐,最高去除率达到97%。试验结束后,PSM的质量从试验开始的40 g经60 d降到18 g,原有光滑的PSM表面变成粗糙,说明PSM作为碳源被反硝化菌所利用。随着时间的推移,出水的COD与进水的COD相当接近,出水的COD基本稳定在3.4 mg.L-1以内,说明PSM的碳释放量具有可控性,不易造成二次污染。Through the indoor soil-column experiment,the removal of nitrate in water using the waste of plastic starch biodegradable material as carbon resource in denitrification was studied.The result showed the nitrate in water was removed effectively using the PSM as carbon resource in denitrification and the removal rate reached 97% at the most.The weight of the PSM was decreased from original 40 g to 18 g after 60 days when the experiment was finished,and the smooth surface of the PSM became rough,which proved that the PSM was used as carbon resource by denitrification bacteria.With the passage of time,the COD in effluent was closed to the influent and it reached 3.4 mg·L-1,which showed that the carbon released by PSM could be controlled and it would not lead to secondary pollution.
