摘 要:以钛基二氧化铅作阳极,铅作阴极对模拟硝基苯(NB)废水进行电解。在反应器中添加隔膜,研究电流密度及电解质含量对阴极还原NB过程的影,结果表明,NB在阴极转化为了苯胺,且NB的降解符合准1级反应动力学方程。在无隔膜试验中,考察不同pH和搅拌速度对硝基苯降解的影响,结果表明,在电流密度20 mA.cm-2、Na2SO4的质量浓度5 g.L-1、pH为3.85、搅拌速度500 r.min-1的条件下,2 L质量浓度为120 mg.L-1的NB溶液在通电处理5 h后,出水中NB的质量浓度降到了14 mg.L-1左右、去除率达到了88.3%,进而达到了后续生物法处理的要求。PbO2 /Ti electrode and Pb cathode were used in treating wastewater simulated with nitrobenzene(NB).Current density,electrolyte concentration that affected electrochemical reduction of NB at cathode was studied using diaphragm.The results showed that nitrobenzene was reduced to aniline(AN),and the degradation of NB consistent with first-order kinetic.In experiment without diaphragm,the effect of pH values and mixing were considered.The results showed that the NB removal rate reached 88.3%,under the condition of current density 20 mA·cm-2,Na2SO4 5 g·L-1,pH=3.85,rapid mixing,volume of solution 2 L.The concentration of NB dropped to 14 mg·L-1 from 120 mg·L-1,reached the requirements of follow-up biological treatment.
