摘 要:通过优化唇膏中D-泛醇的样品前处理方法以及液相色谱分离条件,建立了高效液相色谱分离分析唇膏中D-泛醇的方法。利用水和异辛烷/氯仿双液相体系,实现了D-泛醇与唇膏中油溶性基质成分的初步分离,同时氯仿的加入改变了有机相的密度,使得水相从下层重相变为上层轻相,方便了水相的转移和进一步检测。方法平均回收率及相对标准偏差(n=6)均令人满意。方法检出限为30μg/g,定量限为100μg/g。阴性样品加标实验结果表明,该方法可用于唇膏中D-泛醇的测定。Based upon optimization of pretreatment process of lipstick sample containing D - pantothenol as well as the liquid chromatography separating conditions, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of D - pantothenol in lipsticks was established. An extraction system with a double liquid phase solvent composed of water and isooctane/chloroform was used to preliminarily separate oil- soluble components in lipstick sample. The d chloroform, which makes water phase changed ensity to be of the organic phase is changed the upper layer of the extracting after the addition of system. This operation made it easy to transfer and analyze the water phase enriched with D - pantothenol. The average recoveries of D - pantothenol and RSD ( n = 6) are satisfactory for the determination requirement. Limit of detection of the method is 30 μg/g and 100 μg/g for the limit of quantification. Test result based upon sample made of standard amount of D - pantothenol added into lipstick without D - pantothenol showed that this method is suitable for determination of D - pantothenol in commercial lipstick product.
