摘　　要：描述了压力传感器在HXN5型内燃机车上的应用情况,对新的技术要求和传统产品的不足之处进行了分析,提出了一种新型压力传感器设计思路。从硬件、软件、可靠性验证等方面详细阐述了新型压力传感器的设计,同时介绍了配套的自动调测系统设计。This paper introduced the application of pressure transducer on HXN5 diesel locomotive and analyzed the shortage of traditional product. Based on which, a new design thinking of pressure transducer had been proposed. The new pressure transducer had been described from hardware, software and reliability verification. At the same time, the supporting automatic debug and test system had also been designed.
