摘　　要：面对"百年一遇"的金融危机,"非常规性货币政策"成为了学界、业界关注的热点。深入分析非常规性货币政策实施的背景和特征,探讨提高非常规性货币政策有效性的重要途径,对于促进经济的平稳复苏,最终实现非常规性货币政策的合理退出,具有重要的现实意义。Unconventional monetary policy has again become a hot topic in response to the ＂once-in-a century＂ financial crisis.It is very important to analyse the background and characteristics of uconventional monetary policy,discuss the ways to enhance the effectiveness of these unconventional monetary policy measures in order to promote the sound recovery of the economy and ultimately achieve the rational exit of those policies.
