摘　　要：Huawei Technologies （华为技术有限公司）, a large telecom solutions provider, has agreed to acquire M4S, the chips manufacturer for 4G telephony under Belgian wireless Internet device maker Option, for EUR 8 million （USD 109 million）. The two companies also plan to cooperate on research and development, including joint development of next-generation telecom technology in Europe and establishing an R＆D center in Belgium.
