摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀方治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:211例患者随机分为治疗组对照组。治疗组运用活血化瘀方熏洗坐浴治疗;对照组采用高锰酸钾治疗。观察患者用药后总体疼痛状况和水肿改变情况。结果:治疗组痊愈96例,好转10例;对照组痊愈86例,好转12例,无效7例。2组总疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀方治疗混合痔可取得良好疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of HuoXue HuaYu Fang in treating mixed hemorrhoid.Methods：211 cases were randomly divided in treatment and control group.The treatment group were treated with HuoXue HuaYu Fangby fumigation bath.The control were treated with potassium permanganate.Both group were observed the change of total pain and edema after treatment.Result：There were 96 patients cured,10 cases improved in treatment group,and 86 patients cured,12 cases improved,invalid 7 cases in control group.The total efficacy was a significant difference between two group.Conclusion： HuoXue HuaYu Fang had good efficacy in treating mixed hemorrhoid.
