肾苏饮对慢性肾衰竭临床疗效及血清瘦素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肾苏饮方治疗血瘀证慢性肾衰竭患者的疗效及其对血清瘦素影响。方法 60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予肾苏饮方+西药对症治疗和单纯西药对症治疗。观察2组治疗前后血清瘦素、肾功能、血脂、中医临床症候积分等指标变化。结果治疗组降低瘦素效果优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组肾功能、血脂水平治疗前后比较有显著性降低(均P<0.01),肌酐清除率有显著性升高(P<0.01),而对照组无显著性差异(均P>0.05);治疗组中医症候疗效、中医证候积分改善程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肾苏饮方具有降低血瘀证慢性肾衰竭患者血清瘦素水平、改善肾功能、降低血脂、改善临床症状的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Shensu Yin on chronic renal failure（CRF） with blood stasis syndrome and serum leptin.Methods 60 CRF patients with blood stasis syndrome were assigned to two groups,the treatment group were taken Shensu Yin and Western medicine,and the control group received pure Western medicine only.The changes of serum leptin,renal function,blood lipids,TCM symptom scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The role of reducing leptin level in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.01）,the renal function and blood lipid level of patients in the treatment group were significantly decreased after the treatment（P〈0.01）,the creatinine clearance rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly increased after the treatment（P〈0.01）,the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shensu Yin has roles of reducing levels of serum leptin and blood lipid,and improving renal function and clinical symptoms.
