康欣胶囊对血管性痴呆患者脑血流灌注的影响

摘　　要：目的观察康欣胶囊对血管性痴呆患者(VD)大脑血流灌注的影响,进一步探讨康欣胶囊防治血管性痴呆的作用机制。方法本课题组回访2000-2005年入选的福州地区VD患者46例。其中治疗组25人在研究期间服用康欣胶囊,对照组21例服用喜得镇,另从福建省第二人民医院体检中心选择相应年龄段,无严重疾病老人20人作为正常组。分别测定各组经颅多普勒(TCD)指标。结果治疗组和对照组MMSE水平较同龄人群低,且均存在脑血管改变或脑供血不足,全脑血液流速减慢的现象(P<0.01);2010年1月随访调查显示,经西药或中药治疗后,智能指数MMSE明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组脑部平均血流灌注有所改善,且治疗组大脑基底动脉血流增加明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康欣胶囊可有效改善脑血流灌注,治疗血管性痴呆。Objective To observe the effect of Kangxin capsule on cerebral blood perfusion in patients with vascular dementia（VD）,and explore its mechanism.Methods 46 VD patients which were selected from 2000 to 2005 in Fuzhou received a return visit and they were assigned to two groups,the treatment group（n=25） were taken Kangxin capsule,and the control group（n=21） received Hydergine.20 elderly people who had no serious disease were selected from medical examination center as normal group.The changes of transcranial Doppler（TCD） were monitored in each group.Results Cerebral vessels morphogenetic changes or cerebral circulation insufficiency,and decreased cerebral blood velocity were found in the treatment group and control group,and the level of MMSE in the two groups was lower than that of normal group respectively（P〈0.01）.Follow-up analysis showed after the treatment,the score of MMSE in the treatment group and control group was significantly increased respectively（P〈0.01）.The mean cerebral blood flow was improved after treatment,and the increasing of cerebral blood flow of basilar artery in treatment group was higher significantly than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangxin capsule can effectively improve cerebral blood perfusion,and has good effects on VD.
