摘　　要：胆结石并发胆囊炎及感染性麻痹性肠梗阻,证属少阳阳明合病。方用小柴胡加味,治宜表里同治,方用大柴胡汤加味。达到祛除外邪,和解少阳,内泻热结之功。Gallstone cholecystitis and septic complications of paralytic ileus, evidence is Shaoyang Yang- ruing disease. XiaoChaiHuJiaWei, Treatment exterior and interior syndromes, medical prescription daisaikoto. To eliminate the exogenous pathogens, Reconciliation Shaoyang, pureg away internal stasis of heat.
