健骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗绝经后骨质疏松性髋部骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨健骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠片对绝经后骨质疏松性髋部骨折的临床疗效。[方法]将入选的60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例予以健骨汤100mL,早晚2次并加服阿仑膦酸钠片10mg/d;对照组予以阿仑膦酸钠片10mg/d,每日1次。疗程半年,观测治疗前后两组患者的血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨密度(BMD)并在疗程结束时采用Harris评分系统进行骸关节评分。[结果]治疗后治疗组在血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、骨密度(BMD)及髋关节评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健骨汤联合阿仑膦酸钠片对绝经后骨质疏松性髋部骨折有较好的临床疗效。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of JIangu decoction and Alendronate tablets on Postmenopausal osteoporotie hip fracture. [ Methods ] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group of thirty patients ,Alendronate was given 10rag once a day ,Jiangu decoction was given 100 mL two times daily. In the control group,Alendronate was given 10rag once a day. After 6 months,a course of treatment, a comparison of BGP, AKP, BMD is made between the two groups. In the course of the end of Harris scoring system used to carry out joint skeleton score. [ Results ] The treatment group shows remarkably better indexes above than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Combination of JIangu decoction and Alendronate tablets are better than Alendronate tablets on Postmenopausal osteoporotie hip fracture.
