摘  要:目的研究病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化及临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法检测NSE的水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测TNF-α的水平。结果病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液NSE和TNF-α的急性期水平分别为(26.32±7.36)ng/L和(46.47±14.36)μg/L,对照组为(6.45±2.11)ng/L和(22.50±6.13)μg/L;轻、重度病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液NSE和TNF-α水平均有升高,其水平与病毒性脑炎的严重程度显著相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑脊液NSE和TNF-α是评价病毒性脑炎早期炎症损伤程度的重要指标,通过其动态变化可及时判断病情的严重程度及预后。OBJECTIVE To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of cerebrospinal fluid levels of NSE and TNF-α in the development of viral encephalitis.METHODS The cerebrospinal fluid levels of NSE was detected with ECLI and TNF-α was detected with ELISA.RESULTS The levels of NSE and TNF-α in acute stage were 26.32±7.36 ng/L and 46.47±14.36 μg/L,their levels in normal children were 6.45±2.11ng/L and 22.50±6.13 μg/L.A significant elevation were observed in cerebrospinal fluid NSE and TNF-αlevels in viral encephalitis,which was closely correlated with the severity of the injury(P0.01).CONCLUSION NSE and TNF-αare the important indicators for the evaluation of the severity of early inflammation injury in viral encephalitis,the severity and prognosis can be judged in time through the observation of dynamic changes of NSE and TNF-α.
