综合医院消毒灭菌效果的监测分析与感染控制

摘　　要：目的了解医院消毒灭菌效果与感染控制现状,探索预防感染的策略,防止交叉感染。方法采用采样监测,对医院2007-2008年各科室的消毒灭菌效果进行分析。结果两年共采样标本5339份,合格4726份,合格率为88.52%,其中,2007年合格率为87.77%,2008年合格率为89.27%,监测合格率呈上升趋势。结论通过加强对全院各科室消毒质量的监测管理,采取边监测边整改的措施,降低了医院感染率。OBJECTIVE To comprehend the effects of degermation in hospital and current conditions of infection control,to search for the strategies of preventing infection as well as cross-infection.METHODS The effects of the degermation work of all divisions in hospital were analyzed by monitoring the samples（the data was collected from 2007 to 2008）.RESULTS In the two years,4726 out of 5339 samples were qualified.The qualification rate was 88.52%,87.77% in 2007,and 89.27% in 2008,with a rising tendency.CONCLUSION The infection rate in the hospital is decreased after emphasizing the degermation monitoring and management and taking the combination measures of monitoring and rectification.
