摘 要:目的了解耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌(IRPA)的临床分布及耐药性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用美国Microscan Autoscan-4微生物分析仪对细菌做鉴定和药敏试验,应用WHONET 5.4软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 IRPA总分离率为7.1%;2007、2008、2009年IRPA分离率分别为4.3%、7.2%、8.5%,差异无统计学意义;泛耐药菌株分离率为7.7%;IRPA主要分布于ICU,主要以痰液分离最多;IRPA多药耐药现象严重,不同科室分离的IRPA对抗菌药物的耐药状况不同。结论合理使用抗菌药物仍是控制铜绿假单胞菌耐药的关键,不同科室在治疗IRPA感染时,应结合科室的细菌耐药特点,合理选择抗菌药物,预防和控制耐药菌株的产生。OBJECTIVE To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(IRPA),and provide a method for clinics,for antimicrobial reasonably usage.METHODS Identification and susceptibility test were carried out by Microscan Autoscan-4 Microbial Analyzer,and the WHONET 5.4 statistical analysis was used to analyze these data.RESULTS The total isolating rate of IRPA was 7.1%;the isolating rate of 2007,2008 and 2009 was 4.3%,7.2% and 8.5%,respectively.The difference was not atatistically significant.The isolating rate of the pan-drug-resistant strains was 7.7%;IRPA distributed in the ICU,and isolated mainly from sputum.The multidrug resistantce of IRPA was very serious,the drug fast state of IRPA was different in the various clinical departments.CONCLUSIONS The key to control drug fast of P.aeruginosa is rational use of antimicrobial agents,when the clinicians have to treat the IRPA in patients,they should be combined with features of bacterial resistance in the clinical departments,and choice the reasonable antimicrobial agents.Prevention and control pf the drug resistant strains are very important.
