摘 要:目的了解宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌患者的人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染亚型分布特点。方法采用导流杂交方法对91例CIN和宫颈患者进行HPV分型,分析HPV亚型的检出情况。结果 91例样本均有HPV亚型被检出,其中单一型感染66例(72.5%),多重型感染25例(27.5%),检出率较高的HPV亚型有HPV16型(41.8%)、HPV58型(13.1%)、HPV33型(12.3%)、HPV52型(7.4%)、HPV18型(5.8%)、HPV31型(5.8%),各级CIN和宫颈癌中HPV高危型检出率均较低危型检出率高,组间差异无统计学意义。结论 CIN和宫颈癌与高危型HPV感染密切相关,运用导流杂交方法可检测HPV多种亚型,其在CIN和宫颈癌的防治方面具有较好的临床应用价值。OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution condition of human papillomavirus(HPV)subtype in cervical intra-epithelial neoplasm(CIN) or cervical cancer patients.METHODS A total of 91 female patients with CIN or cervical cancer were selected for HPV subtyping analysis using flow-through hybridization.RESULTS All the samples of the 91 patients were infected by HPV.Among 91 cases,66 patients were infected with single-type HPV and 25 patients were infected with multiple-type HPV.The higher detected rates of the subtypes were HPV16(41.8%),HPV58(13.1%),HPV33(12.3%),HPV52(7.4%),HPV18(5.8%),and HPV31(5.8%).The positive rate of high-risk HPV was higher than that of low-risk HPV,but there was no statistical significance among all the grades of cervical lesions(χ2=2.5,P0.05).CONCLUSIONS High-risk HPV infection is the main cause of the CIN or cervical cancer.Using the flow-through hybridization is able to detect the multiple HPV subtype,and has clinacal value in prevention and treatment of CIN or cervical cancer.
