摘 要:目的了解广东省卫生系统实验室生物安全现状,为广东省制定生物安全管理相关文件提供科学依据。方法对全省160所疾病预防控制中心(CDC)和医疗卫生机构进行问卷调查,依据各项调查指标影响程度赋予权重,用顺序打分法将系统评价指标数量化,然后用加权平均法进行综合评价,评价结果用SPSS软件包进行统计分析。结果三级综合性医院平均(8.89±0.68)分高于二级综合性医院(7.76±1.31)分和一级综合性医院(7.45±1.48)分,CDC的平均(9.09±0.78)分,高于医疗机构(7.91±1.34)分,各行政区域间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应尽快组建实验室生物安全管理专家队伍,制定适合广东省实际情况的管理办法和准则,建立信息化、网络化的实验室生物安全管理体系。OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation of laboratory biosafety in medical institutions of Guangdong Province,and provide the statistic foundation for managing the provincial biosafety laboratories.METHODS The survey covered staffs from 160 CDCs and medical institutions.Indicator weighting was ascertained by its impact degree.Using Queueing Algorithm we got quantitative indicators.And based on weighted average method,the comprehensive scores were calculated.Data were analyzed by SPSS software.RESULTS The average scores of the primary,secondary and tertiary level care hospitals were 7.45±1.48,7.76±1.31 and 8.89±0.68,respectively.Score of the CDCs(9.09±0.78) was higher than medical institutions(7.91±1.34).Among the administrative regions,the difference was obvious(P0.05).CONCLUSION The related practice and rules must be formulated as soon as possible by expert team in order to set up informatization implementation and networked biosafety management systems.
