摘　　要：目的使洁净手术室的空气净化质量得到保证,满足临床感染控制要求。方法将滤芯的2条侧边与过滤器边框的2块长板的进风侧贴合封胶,从而使送风管来的风只能先通过滤芯,再到达长边框板,滤芯与长边框板之间的空间由原来的与送风管连通改为与洁净室连通。结果通过对该过滤器边框封胶工艺的改进,不仅使产品可靠性得到了提高,而且方便安装,更重要的是保证了洁净手术室的净化控制质量。结论洁净手术室对空气质量的要求很高,在安装过滤器的过程中必须严格按照检测要求施工,发现问题要及时加以解决。OBJECTIVE To meet the requirements of clinical infection control,so as to clean the operating room to assure the air purification quality.METHODS When installing and detecting,it was found that the border of this filter leakaged,and thought it had a problem in the closure of its border.RESULTS After the improvement,not only easy to install it,and its leakage problems have been resolved.CONCLUSION Air quality of the operating room is highly required.In the process of installing and testing the filter,it must be strictly checked in accordance with the construction.From this,not only the products but also improveing reliability and easy installation are importantly ensure the cleaning quality of clean operating room.
